Our Homemade gumbo is about as Cajun as it gets and reminds folks of Grandmom’s cooking! Its slow cooked dark roux base is somewhat on the spicy side and holds deboned chunks of Chicken and Mild Smoked Sausage. Served over white rice with onion top and parsley garnish.
Our Seafood Chowder is a velvety, buttered cream based sauce slow cooked with onion celery and peppers. It’s delicately seasoned with hints of Bay Leaf and Coriander, sea salt and mild spices. Louisiana Gulf Shrimp, Blue Point Crab Meat and Sweet Corn are simmered to produce a classic regional favorite.
