"We ate lunch on the back deck by Bayou Teche. Being typical of this part of Louisiana, we had choices of crab, crawfish, shrimp, sausage, etc. I had Kevin's Po Boy, which was a roll stuffed with all of the above served vertically on a reduction sauce. It was delectable and I took some home, I could easily have shared it with another person. Accompanied with a brew from Bayou Tech Brewing made for a perfect lunch."
